Please be sure to ask about your insurance carrier if you do not see it on our list as we are in the process of contracting with other insurance companies. We are also contracting providers in surrounding CDSAs.

You may be eligible to receive out of network benefits from your insurance carrier. To see if you are eligible, call the customer service number on the back of your insurance card. We offer Superbills to submit to out of network insurance for possible reimbursement.

Fees for Services

We offer the option of paying out-of-pocket for an evaluation and any necessary treatment sessions for those with out of network insurance, those without insurance, those whose insurance company does not offer benefits for therapy services, or those who choose to pay privately.  

Out of Pocket Rates:  $70 per session, $180 per evaluation
